A global educational institution is looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee all financial activities, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and implement effective financial controls to support the organisation’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all financial activities align with the school’s strategic objectives
• Implement and manage effective financial controls, policies, and procedures across departments
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and relevant government regulations
• Support the Finance team in maintaining strong governance, financial integrity, and sustainable operations
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor budgets and financial performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business planning

Requirements:

• Business level English and Japanese
