財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A multinational hospitality company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will take full ownership of hotel accounting, financial performance review, and profitability improvement while acting as a close business partner to senior management. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end responsibility for hotel accounting with hands-on execution
• Review monthly financial results and clearly explain performance to management
• Identify cost control and profitability improvement opportunities proactively
• Act as a finance business partner to the Hotel General Manager
• Balance detailed accounting execution with a commercial and strategic finance perspective
• Support finance leadership activities, including potential oversight of temporary staff

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel finance, accounting, or a similar environment
• Experience managing the full accounting cycle and financial performance review
• Background in finance or accounting with readiness to step into a leadership role
• Professional level Japanese; business level written and reading English

Preferred requirements:

• Preference for working autonomously with strong ownership rather than within large team structures
