財務ディレクター/ Finance Director

A global luxury patisserie company is looking for a Finance Director. The selected candidate will lead financial strategy, performance management, governance, and systems to support growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO to steer performance, support decisions, and manage relationships with financial institutions
• Translate business priorities into financial plans, targets, and actionable insights
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews with KPI dashboards and variance analysis
• Support major commercial initiatives with rigorous financial analysis and recommendations
• Oversee accounting, statutory reporting, tax coordination, and disciplined balance sheet management
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and finance IT systems through documentation and automation

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in finance (FP&A, Accounting, Audit) with proven people management
• Background in consumer / retail / hospitality / food / luxury (or similarly fast-moving, multi-channel businesses)
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
