会計士/ Accountant

A global healthcare company is looking for an Accountant. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end financial settlements, disclosure, tax coordination, and internal control operations to support business growth and compliance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial settlement operations
• Handle disclosure processes in compliance with listing requirements
• Coordinate tax reporting in collaboration with external tax accountants
• Liaise with audit firms and manage audit-related communications
• Establish and operate internal control and J-SOX frameworks
• Manage forecasting and financial performance monitoring
• Improve and maintain accounting systems and processes

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in monthly financial settlement at a listed company or an IPO-preparing company
• Experience in financial settlement operations for listed or pre-IPO companies
• Proficient in financial closing, disclosure processes, and audit
• Skilled in internal control and J-SOX system establishment and operation
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in annual settlement, team leadership, junior training, and accounting system improvement
