財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

An international luxury fashion company is seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end financial management, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth across offices and retail stores.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial performance for both office and store operations to support business growth
• Partner with Head of Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate data and forward-looking analysis
• Set and manage sales and category targets through annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles
• Analyse actuals versus budget and prior year results with detailed assumptions and scenario simulations
• Prepare and deliver retail and wholesale sales reporting by store, category, and period
• Control OPEX, balance sheet items, CAPEX, and depreciation with accurate cost centre management
• Lead accounting coordination with shared services for local and intercompany transactions
• Close monthly and year-to-date financials in line with internal accounting standards
• Manage expense reporting to headquarters and respond to detailed financial inquiries
• Oversee inventory control and stock-taking activities
• Support internal and external audits, compliance, and legal matters
• Support store network expansion projects, including openings, refurbishments, and relocations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar finance role within an international environment
• Prior experience supporting FP&A, retail finance, and cross-functional business teams
• Experience using accounting systems such as JDE, Hyperion, and Concur
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
• Native level Japanese; business level English
