経理アソシエイト/ Accounting Associate

An international type design and technology company is seeking an Accounting Associate. The selected candidate will manage accounts payable, support month-end and year-end closings, and collaborate with global teams to optimise financial processes. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full AP process, including data entry, payments, and reconciliations in SAP
• Oversee accounts payable software to ensure process efficiency
• Handle accounting tasks related to AP, including P&L and balance sheet management
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and vendor management records
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including accruals and prepaid expenses
• Support the Finance team with operational processes and ad-hoc assignments
• Collaborate with global teams on payment automation and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in finance operations or accounting
• Experience in accounts payable and general finance operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with SAP
