経理スタッフ/ Accounting Staff

A multinational premium furniture design goods company is looking for an Accounting Staff. The selected candidate will execute daily accounting operations, support monthly closing, compliance, and internal controls, and assist in an ERP migration project.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, and bank transactions
• Process and reconcile sales invoices, customer payments, and vendor invoices in AX/D365 system
• Inspect and process employee expense reports and report cash payments to HR for payroll calculation
• Prepare cash payments, manage banking transactions, and reconcile monthly bank balances
• Organise and maintain electronic and hard copy documentation and records
• Support monthly and year-end closing by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assist in compliance and audit activities, including tax documentation and statutory filings
• Support ERP migration project with data preparation, testing, and operational continuity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• General understanding of accounting standards
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
• Possess a valid Nissho Bookkeeping Level 3+ qualification
• Business level English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the consumer goods industry with international exposure
• Experience with ERP systems
• JGAAP and IFRS knowledge
