会計士/ Accountant

A multinational advanced materials chemical company is looking for an Accountant. The selected candidate will lead finance, cashier, and cost accounting operations while gradually expanding responsibilities to financial closing and efficiency-driven projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead finance and cashier operations, including fund management, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting
• Manage monthly and periodic cash control and medium-term funding plans
• Perform monthly cost accounting and cost forecasting
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and notes for head office reporting
• Input and manage consolidated financial packages using accounting systems
• Promote and manage projects focused on operational efficiency and process improvement
• Expand scope to financial closing and project management based on proficiency and team rotation

Requirements:

• Practical experience in financial accounting or management accounting in an operating company or manufacturing accounting at an accounting firm
• Experience in cost accounting, including bookkeeping knowledge
• Ability and willingness to travel for business trips and future transfers
• Possess a valid qualification in Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2+
• Professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience in factory accounting, including cost calculation and unit-based accounting
• Experience using accounting systems such as SAP
• Knowledge of transfer pricing
• Work experience English (TOEIC 700+)
