SPC会計士/ SPC Accountant

A global investment management company is looking for an SPC Accountant. The selected candidate will manage accounting records, banking operations, and financial reporting while coordinating audits and statutory compliance. This is a long-term haken and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain monthly J-GAAP accounting records for assigned deals
• Operate, monitor and reconcile SPC bank accounts for cash transactions
• Provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to the Singapore team
• Support annual external audits and liaise with tax accountants
• Coordinate with tax and legal counsel for SPC statutory documents
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of accounting work experience
• Possess valid Bookkeeping 3rd grade or above
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience of annual book closing in small company
• Prior SPC (TMK, TK) accounting experience
• Proven experience in foreign financial firm or real estate firm
