上級会計士 / Senior Accountant

A global electronics company is looking for a Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will handle accounting operations, financial reporting, and system-related support to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Record and manage A/R, A/P, F/A, and G/L transactions in SAP S/4HANA
• Verify documents and process payments efficiently
• Maintain and audit supporting financial documentation
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies with data analysis
• Assist business stakeholders and respond to finance-related inquiries
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial standards
• Support preparation of reports, tax filings, and audit activities
• Participate in system migration including testing and post-go-live tasks
• Collaborate with the team and perform other accounting duties as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or a relevant domain
• More than 12 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in multi-national companies is ideal
• Prior experience with SAP is a plus
• Understanding of Japanese accounting principles, laws, and regulations
• Knowledge with IFRS is preferred
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English
