会計士/ Accountant

A global advertising company is looking for an Accountant. The selected candidate will manage general accounting operations, financial reporting, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and input journal entries, expenses, revenue recognition, and data mining
• Manage fixed assets and related accounting
• Operate payment processes and expense claims
• Handle tax-related accounting operations
• Process invoices and maintain accounting records in SAP and related systems
• Perform bank transactions and direct debit processing
• Support monthly and annual closings and respond to audits
• Prepare various financial reports and handle internal accounting inquiries
• Perform general accounting-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of bookkeeping experience in accounting
• Experience in general accounting operations at business companies
• Proficient in advanced MS Excel
• Native level Japanese; business level written and reading English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in multinational companies
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA
• Possess a valid bookkeeping certification (Nippon Kiei Bookkeeping Level 2)
