会計マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A renowned medical equipment manufacturer is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will lead core accounting functions, ensure compliance, and drive accurate financial reporting across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end controller and accounting operations
• Lead timely, accurate monthly and annual close processes
• Ensure technical accounting compliance with corporate and statutory requirements
• Maintain strong internal controls and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Manage treasury activities in coordination with corporate teams
• Lead, develop, and support accounting team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration/accounting
• More than 15 years of combined technical accounting experience
• Knowledge in USGAAP as well as JGAAP
• Understanding of industry-standard enterprise systems such as SAP
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior medical industry experience
• Possess valid CPA qualification
