CFO

An international technology solutions company is looking for a CFO. The selected candidate will lead finance and accounting functions, ensuring financial integrity, strategic insight, and organisational growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly closing processes, reconciliations, and internal financial reporting
• Ensure accurate financial accounting execution and balance sheet integrity
• Lead, coach, and develop finance and accounting team members
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and internal controls
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Drive budgeting, performance management, and timely group financial reporting
• Improve financial processes and strengthen compliance and internal control environments
• Manage corporate tax matters and respond to audits strategically
• Coordinate with overseas group CFOs and participate in global meetings and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• More than 5 years of management experience
• Experience as a Head of Finance/Accounting or equivalent role at a foreign-affiliated company
• Possess a valid professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA)

Preferred requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Experience with financial ERP systems such as Great Plains
• Knowledge of IFRS
• High IT literacy and advanced skills in MS Office Suite skills
• Business level English and Japanese
