会計アシスタントマネージャー/ Accounting Assistant Manager

A global hospitality company is looking for an Accounting Assistant Manager to Assistant Director of Finance. The selected candidate will manage financial operations, supervise accounting teams, ensure compliance, and provide financial insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing required documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting processes and internal controls
• Guide and train junior accounting staff, supporting team development
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting systems
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the hospitality industry or with a multinational company
• Prior experience with hotel opening
• Proven experience with Opera, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP
• Possess valid CPA or equivalent qualification
