経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A renowned interior design manufacturer is seeking an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end accounting operations and drive financial efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities using SAP and support tax filings
• Manage audit-related processes
• Oversee liquidity planning and cash management
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and support retail operations
• Assist in budget preparation
• Implement financial process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Partner with internal teams to support business initiatives
• Develop and mentor accounting team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, Finance, or related field
• More than 5 years of accounting experience as a lead (SAP ERP usage)
• Background in process optimisation and operational excellence
• Proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in B2C industries (e.g., retail, e-commerce, consumer goods)
• Possess valid CPA or equivalent qualification
