財務コーディネーター/ Finance Coordinator

A renowned audiovisual and unified communications solutions provider is looking for a Finance Coordinator. The selected candidate will manage finance, procurement, and HR-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial document preparation, entry, and record maintenance
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reimbursements
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and internal teams on finance queries
• Support procurement activities, including purchase orders and stakeholder documentation
• Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding and internal event coordination
• Provide administrative and basic Japanese translation support to finance and HR teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, procurement, or administrative support
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with QuickBooks
