財務・会計マネージャー/ Finance & Accounting Supervisor / Manager

An international major textile manufacturer is looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor / Manager. The selected candidate will lead monthly and yearly closing, manage treasury operations, and support financial control and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly and yearly closing in accordance with JGAAP
• Manage fixed assets, including depreciation, impairment, and tax support
• Control daily treasury operations, including bank balances, loans, and FX conversion
• Monitor AR/AP, including advanced management and reporting to management
• Conduct cash flow forecasting, including WCR and DCFF
• Perform budget versus actual and profit variance analysis
• Train and develop accountants and senior accountants
• Maintain and update finance procedures and internal control documentation

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance, including yearly closing, tax filing, and bank loan operations
• Experience with ERP systems such as KanjoBugyo, MJS, SAP, or Oracle
• Proficient in MS Office Suite for data analysis
• Possess a valid BOKI-3 or equivalent
• Professional level Japanese and English (TOEIC 650+)

Preferred requirements:

• Project leading experience (introducing new IS, platform, operation process change, etc.)
