財務アカウンタント/ Financial Accountant

A global automotive company is seeking a Financial Accountant (Closing & Reporting). The selected candidate will oversee the preparation of consolidated and statutory financial statements, ensure compliance with IFRS and J-GAAP, and lead audit and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with J-GAAP
• Manage designated financial areas and coordinate with internal teams and overseas counterparts
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal audit teams
• Lead accounting-related ad-hoc and IT-related projects
• Mentor and guide junior accountants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in financial accounting
• Experience in consolidated accounting is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid Japanese or US CPA qualification is a plus
• Business level Japanese and English
