シニアマネージャーオペレーショナルファイナンス/ Sr. Manager of Operational Finance

A global industrial technology company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Operational Finance. The selected candidate will drive financial analysis, process improvements, and strategic support for operations while strengthening finance capabilities across the APAC region. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Support local operations finance to enhance weekly and monthly reviews and cross-functional partnerships
• Develop and improve financial analysis models to identify risks and provide actionable business insights
• Track and monitor key financials, including revenue, margins, manufacturing costs, PPV, MV, inventory, and CapEx
• Support monthly closing and timely submission of financial packages to management
• Lead company standard cost development and maintenance in SAP and other costing systems
• Identify and implement cost reduction and working capital improvement initiatives
• Follow up internal audits and maintain SOX and internal control systems
• Provide ad hoc financial support for projects and business cases
• Lead finance projects as process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• More than 10 years of finance and accounting experience
• More than 5 years of team management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Hyperion, SAP, BPC, and data warehouse solutions
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing company's finance
• Prior automotive industry experience
• Possess a valid professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA)
