財務ビジネスパートナー/ Finance Business Partner

An international food manufacturer is looking for a Finance Business Partner. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis and performance management. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial results for CSD operations in Japan & Korea
• Develop and manage budgets and rolling forecasts, analyse variances and align plans with business goals
• Monitor performance against budget and prior year and identify risks, opportunities and required actions
• Prepare financial and operational performance reports, identifying trends and improvement areas
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labour, overhead and G&A
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimise costs, supplier negotiations and logistics efficiency
• Partner with the pricing team to set product pricing based on cost analysis and profitability
• Manage inventory, spare parts, CAPEX, NRV provision and accounts payable to support liquidity
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and manage internal and external audits
• Provide financial insights for strategic decisions, including cost reduction initiatives and investments
• Prepare and evaluate CAPEX proposals and analyse ROI for new technologies, equipment or processes
• Support development of financial dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational and financial performance
• Participate in CSD finance projects and contribute to process standardisation and continuous improvement
• Conduct recurring analyses, including MUV follow-up and ad-hoc financial analysis, while proactively signalling risks
• Coordinate commercial-related finance matters with the commercial team, Country Cluster Lead, FP&A and GBS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or above in finance, accounting, economics or similar
• More than 8 years of experience in a finance business partnering or controlling role in a manufacturing environment
• Factory Leadership stakeholder management experience
• Experience in a multinational company (B2B or food industries is preferred)
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing, operational excellence, supply chain business partnering, controlling and reporting
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
