財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renowned hospitality company is seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, manage cash flows, ensure compliance, and support long-term financial growth in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage company cash flows and ensure sufficient liquidity
• Implement accounting standards, compliance measures, and internal controls
• Oversee hands-on accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and accounting firms to prepare monthly financial reports
• Build annual and long-term financial plans
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to investors and real estate partners
• Handle payments, collections, and invoicing for real estate owners
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Support fundraising efforts, liquidity events, and corporate actions with leadership teams

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proven experience in financial analysis and modelling (MS Excel)
• Prior experience in real estate or hospitality
• Experience in M&A
• Experience in startup financing
• Possess a valid professional certification (USCPA, CFA, 公認会計士, 税理士, etc)
• Business level Japanese and English
