会計マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A renowned consulting firm is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will manage bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax coordination while supervising a small team and supporting multiple clients. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle bookkeeping and financial reporting for multiple clients
• Manage accounts payable processes and related accounting duties
• Oversee ad-hoc accounting projects and initiatives
• Liaise with tax accountant partners for annual corporate tax filings
• Perform various accounting-related assignments as needed
• Supervise and mentor one to two Associate Consultants

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of bookkeeping experience in a tax accountant’s office or BPO firm
• Proven experience in consulting or accounting/tax office environment
• Possess a valid ACCA, US CPA, or Bookkeeping Certificate Level 2+ is a plus
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
