Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
• Oversee annual budgeting aligned with financial targets
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership
• Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Manage tax planning and compliance activities
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Oversee cash flow to maintain operational liquidity
• Manage vendor and supplier financial relationships
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial initiatives
• Maintain and enhance financial systems and tools

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in financial management, particularly within the retail or food and beverage sector
• Proven experience with financial reporting, planning, and budgeting
• Proficient in financial software and tools
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance
• Professional level Japanese and English
