財務・業務コーディネーター/ Finance and Operations Coordinator

A multinational luxury group is seeking a Finance and Operations Coordinator. The selected candidate will handle reporting, cost control, analysis, and provide retail support.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor sales and financial reports
• Manage operating expenses, accounts, invoices, and audits
• Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and analysis
• Support retail operations including stocktaking and store maintenance
• Assist with new store openings and refurbishments
• Handle inventory control and adjustments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role in finance at an international setting
• Skilled in SAP, JDE, HFM, Esker, Rubis, Anaplan, and Concur is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; business level English is ideal
