シニア経理担当/ Senior Accountant

A foreign logistics company is seeking a Senior Accountant. The selected applicant will be in charge of managing accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting HR and general administration functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• Establish, implement, and monitor accounting control procedures
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, collections, and aging reports
• Support financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Liaise with external consultants for tax declarations, audits, and statutory accounts
• Manage and supervise accounting staff to accomplish departmental objectives
• Oversee HR and general administration functions, including payroll, compliance, and vendor management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Ability to handle a full set of books
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work with teams and independently
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
