会計GLマネージャー/ Accounting GL Manager

A global luxury brand is seeking an Accounting GL Manager. The selected candidate will oversee general ledger operations, inventory accounting, and support internal controls and reporting. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and reconcile inventory movement and balances across stores, warehouses, and the head office
• Review and prepare inventory journal entries, estimates, and audit documents
• Develop inventory analysis reports and support improvements in internal controls
• Review journal entries and prepare monthly accruals, reconciliations, and reporting for general accounting
• Manage fixed assets, intercompany accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support financial operations for boutiques, store openings, and cross-division projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Commerce
• More than 5 years of experience in finance
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in financial management software and advanced Excel skills
• Possess a valid Certified Professional Accountant or Certified Tax Accountant preferred
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
