財務マネージャー / Finance Manager

A multinational healthcare company is looking for an Associate Manager, Finance & Accounting Analysis. The selected candidate will drive financial accounting, controlling, and analysis to support business objectives and ensure compliance with statutory and corporate standards.

Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly closing, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Prepare and review journal entries for daily business transactions
• Collaborate with global finance teams on accounting-related matters
• Provide financial insights, propose corrective measures, and follow up on action plans
• Partner with commercial teams to support business development and build financial awareness
• Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with external auditors for timely reporting and audits
• Prepare and distribute management reports, including performance and variance analysis
• Liaise with Global Business Services (GBS) on accounting matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accountancy or Finance
• More than 6 years of relevant work experience
• More than 2 years of experience in financial accounting
• More than 2 years of FP&A experience
• Proven experience in financial accounting, planning, reporting, and business performance follow-up
• Experience working in an international environment and collaborating across geographies
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Possess a valid MBA in Finance qualification
• Proficient in written and spoken English
