ファイナンスビジネスパートナー/ Finance Business Partner

A multinational health technology company is looking for a Finance Business Partner. The selected candidate will drive financial planning, performance management, and business insights to support strategic decision-making and deliver committed results. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide forward-looking analysis and translate financial and non-financial KPIs into actionable insights
• Influence business strategy by employing financial acumen and advising on opportunities to accelerate performance
• Visualise and present business performance vs forecast and budget to senior leaders
• Explain complex financial issues clearly, providing context on opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with finance staff and business partners to deliver reporting, analysis, and plans for organisational costs
• Ensure business and financial outlook changes are reflected accurately in reporting systems
• Drive harmonisation of reporting, scenario analysis, financial planning, and process improvements
• Mentor and coach FP&A analysts supporting reporting, forecasting, and analysis
• Model company finance values, contributing to a high-performing and engaged team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• More than 10 years of progressive finance experience in a large matrix organisation, preferably international
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner with expertise in accounting, financial planning & analysis, and business collaboration
• Prior experience in leading and coaching finance staff through change initiatives
• Experience with digital data analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
• Advanced skills in Excel and PPT
• Possess a valid MBA, MSc, CFA, CPA, or CMA qualification is a plus
• Professional level Japanese and English
