会計テクニカルスペシャリスト/ Accounting Technical Specialist

A global financial services company is looking for an Accounting Technical Specialist. The selected candidate will manage financial reporting, client communication, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in compliance with Japan GAAP
• Prepare financial reports based on client requests
• Provide financial advice and operational recommendations
• Communicate with global clients and partners remotely
• Enhance team efficiency and performance through continuous improvement
• Identify risks and escalate issues to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or business is ideal
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting
• More than 5 years of experience in public accounting, outsourcing, or consulting with multiple clients
• Prior experience in client management is preferred
• Proven experience in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics NAV) is advantageous
• Understanding of IFRS, JGAAP, and Japan tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Possess valid CPA, USCPA, Boki 2nd grade+ or equivalent certification is a plus
• Business level reading, written, and spoken English and Japanese
