An international entertainment and theme park company is seeking an External Affairs professional. The selected candidate will lead business development, government relations, and community engagement initiatives to drive park expansion and strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

• Pursue park expansion, including acquiring land, negotiating with landowners, coordinating with government agencies, and conducting business analyses
• Explore new business opportunities, including new locations, business models, and potential expansion into the former Yumeshima site
• Support resolution of internal management issues, such as central kitchen relocation, drone deregulation, and employment promotion for people with disabilities
• Promote the Osaka Tourism Project by collaborating with the Osaka Prefecture, City, and relevant tourism authorities
• Develop Long Range Plan (LRP) by integrating business strategies and operational initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, local governments, economic organisations, and communities to support business and park operations
• Conduct research and reporting on government-related trends, including political and election developments
• Plan and manage community relations activities as part of CSR, including charity events, children’s programs, and local initiatives
• Negotiate and coordinate with local stakeholders for the successful implementation of community and business projects

Requirements:

• Practical experience in project promotion and management
• Prior experience in business analysis and financial/accounting knowledge
• Experience in customer relations
• Background in business planning and management
• Bilingual level Japanese and English (TOEIC 900+)

Preferred requirements:

• Sales and negotiation experience
• Prior management experience
• Possess a valid Real Estate licence
