経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global hospitality company is seeking an Accounting Manager-Front Line Leader. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and lead financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement accounting projects and audits
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and tax requirements
• Generate accurate financial reports and analyses for decision-making
• Lead and develop accounting teams to achieve business goals
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and manage risks
• Provide guidance on budgeting, reporting, and financial procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance and accounting or a relevant major
• More than 2 years of experience in finance and accounting or a relevant domain
• Proficient in Japanese and English
