トランザクションマネージャー/ Transaction Manager

An international life sciences firm is seeking a Transaction Manager. The selected candidate will oversee transaction operations, manage process improvements, and coordinate outsourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the local transaction team and oversee transition of A/P processing to Shared Services overseas
• Coordinate internal and external outsourcing teams to ensure efficient transaction processes
• Supervise daily operations in AP, AR, and T&E, ensuring accurate and timely financial records
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to optimise supplier payment terms and improve DPO
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with control requirements
• Lead financial process improvements and system implementations including Rossum and ERP projects

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of professional experience (transaction / G/L accountant, accounting supervisor/ team leader)
• Experience with outsourced Shared Services Center is ideal
• Excellent project and people management skills
• Fluent level reading, spoken, and written English
