会計マネージャー/ Accounting Manager (AR & Treasury)

A multinational supply chain solutions company is seeking an Accounting Manager (AR & Treasury). The selected candidate will manage financial closing, AR/Treasury processes, and audits while supervising a four-person team to ensure efficient reporting and system transitions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing processes
• Lead AR and Treasury operations, managing a four-person team
• Coordinate and respond to external and internal audit requirements
• Prepare and submit financial reports to the parent company
• Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Support accounting system transitions and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of accounting experience, including annual closings and team management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong drive for operational excellence and process improvement
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience in the food or logistics industry
• Experience with system transitions and new implementations
