A leading energy company is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Financial Operations & Management Division. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end financial operations, reporting, treasury, and compliance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and collections
• Reconcile financial accounts and review expense reports
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger integrity
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, and banking relationships
• Support project teams with budgeting, cost monitoring, and variance analysis
• Implement internal controls and ensure compliance

• Professional level Japanese
