経理オペレーション担当/ Transactional Accounting Staff

An international laboratory testing services company is looking for a Transactional Accounting Group Staff, Finance. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day transactional accounting operations, support audits, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform transactional accounting in AP, AR, expense reimbursements, GL journal entries, and consumption tax
• Support monthly closing, global and local audits, and routine finance tasks in collaboration with other teams
• Contribute to ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance under the guidance of the Manager
• Participate in projects to improve process efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support post-M&A integration

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience at an auditing firm preferred
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English
