A multinational technology solutions company is seeking an Accounting professional. The selected candidate will handle accounting operations, audits, and tax-related processes while driving efficiency and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Coordinate and support internal and external financial audits
• Review and adjust tax filing items to ensure compliance
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance standards
• Promote efficiency and process enhancement through workflow optimisation
• Support business units with accounting-related inquiries and reporting needs

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of professional experience
• More than 3 years in accounting at a publicly listed company (mid- to large-scale is ideal)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or equivalent
• Professional level Japanese and English (TOEIC 700+ is a plus)

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience in financial closing at a TSE Prime-listed manufacturing company
• Experience in business process improvement or reform
• Possess a valid Six Sigma Green Belt certification
