財務・会計マネージャー/ Finance and Accounting Manager

A multinational fitness equipment company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance to support strategic decision-making and business performance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the finance and accounting departments to ensure a robust financial infrastructure
• Manage the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and tax returns
• Supervise budgeting processes, financial forecasts, and related documentation
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
• Develop internal control policies and procedures for budget, cash, credit, and accounting management
• Provide financial analysis, risk management, and support for strategic initiatives
• Coordinate and manage annual audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• More than 6 years of experience in financial management
• Experience in audits, budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, and tax preparation
• Proficient in financial software and Excel
• Possess a valid CPA, CFA, or similar certification
• Business level Japanese and English
