アシスタント財務会計士/ Assistant Finance Accountant

An international industrial solutions company is seeking an Assistant Finance Accountant. The selected candidate will support accounting operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and audits.

Responsibilities:

• Raise sales invoices and statements, and follow up on collections
• Generate aged debtor listings and obtain creditworthiness reports
• Post bank receipts, accounting journals, and approved credit notes
• Calculate prepayments, accruals, cost of sales, and sales reports
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and maintain the fixed asset register
• Enter commercial invoices and manage accounts payable for payment runs
• Assist in recharge invoices, stock counting, and monthly stock valuation
• Respond to customer queries and review financial provisions
• Support year-end audits with preparation and responses
• Perform finance administration tasks such as filing and ordering supplies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting
• Prior experience in accounting software (SAP preferred)
• Experience in English-language accounting preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills)
• Possess a valid Nissho Boki Level 2+ is ideal
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
