会計スペシャリスト/ Accounting Specialist

A global IT company is seeking an Accounting Specialist. The successful candidate will oversee accounting operations and support reporting, cash management, and audit activities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Manage cash flow and execute fund operations
• Record journal entries using Yayoi Accounting system
• Prepare financial and management reports for internal and HQ purposes
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Assist with general administrative and accounting-related tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Prior experience supporting external audit processes
• Proven experience using Yayoi Accounting or similar systems is a plus
• Native level Japanese; business level English (reading and written is ideal)
