シニアアカウンタント兼CSO/ Senior Accountant and CSO

A global chemical solutions company is seeking a Senior Accountant and Customer Service Officer (CSO). The selected candidate will handle financial reporting, compliance, and customer service operations while supporting logistics and office administration.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial reports and variance analyses
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure compliance with local tax and audit requirements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and follow up with vendors on outstanding payments
• Liaise with auditors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely filing and legal compliance
• Support logistics and sales operations, including imports, deliveries, and after-sales coordination
• Provide office administration and basic IT support to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accountancy or ACCA
• More than 3 years of experience
• Knowledge in financial accounting, tax, computer spreadsheet, and SAP (BPC reporting is ideal)
• Professional level Japanese and English
