財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renowned beverage company is seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning to drive business performance and support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure ERP system accuracy and manage A/P, A/R, and inventory reconciliation
• Prepare statutory financial statements and internal reports while coordinating audits and ensuring tax compliance
• Manage daily cash operations, forecasting, and FX analysis
• Support production planning and operations through financial alignment and data insights
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, driving performance management initiatives
• Analyse costs, manage CapEx projects, and evaluate investment business cases
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to senior management for decision-making
• Represent Finance in leadership meetings and collaborate with global teams to drive growth

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Audit, Finance, Tax, or Corporate Planning
• Proven experience in multinational corporations and/or overseas environments
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and analytical tools like Power BI
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Business level English
