ファイナンスディレクター/ Finance Director

A multinational data centre solutions company is seeking a Finance Director. The selected candidate will oversee all financial operations in Japan, including budgeting, reporting, governance, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and investor expectations. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Japan finance function and team
• Contribute as an active member of the Japan Senior Management Team to drive business success
• Partner with regional and group leaders to deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and long-term projections to meet business targets
• Oversee P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Drive revenue management, contract negotiation, and profitability improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to financial governance, risk management, and statutory compliance
• Supervise local tax, treasury, and cash management activities
• Identify financial efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue growth areas
• Lead local procurement operations and coordinate with global teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or related field
• More than 8 years in a similar or progressive finance leadership role
• Proven experience in managing finance operations, governance, and cross-border collaboration
• Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
• Possess a valid professional financial qualification preferred
• Professional level Japanese and English
