価格設定マネージャー/ Pricing Manager

A global medical device company is looking for a Pricing Manager. The selected candidate will lead pricing governance and strategy while ensuring compliance and optimisation across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage pricing strategy and governance for Japan
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of local pricing tool
• Define and monitor approval workflows and escalation processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership on pricing and discount strategies
• Lead Deal Desk operations for complex deal reviews and approvals
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness through accurate pricing documentation

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, and strategic analytic
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Proficient in ERP and workflow systems (AX is ideal), pricing tools (Appian or Mendix is preferred) and data visualisation tools (Power BI)
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
