上級会計士/ Senior Accountant

A global hospitality company is seeking a Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will handle financial reporting, tax, and management reporting while coordinating closely with resort finance teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly closing reports for managed resorts and ensure timely submission of financial packages
• Reconcile intercompany balances, process management fee invoices, and maintain the chart of account mappings
• Liaise with external accounting firms and resort finance teams for tax filing and audit requirements
• Support financial audits and fixed asset management processes
• Assist with business planning, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analyses
• Maintain communication with resort owners to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency
• Manage banking registrations, approvals, and user access administration
• Support accounting setup and financial processes for new development projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• More than 5 years of hands-on accounting experience in international companies (experience in an accounting firm is a plus)
• Prior experience with Oracle is a strong plus
• Intermediate accounting knowledge and solid understanding of Japan tax filing
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid Nissho Boki Level 2+
• Native level Japanese; proficient English (TOEIC 780+)
