ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A multinational industrial automation company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead FP&A and sales operations, delivering financial insights and supporting commercial success. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning and analysis for Sales and Marketing, delivering accurate budgets, forecasts, and insights
• Analyse month-end expense results and prepare journal entries to ensure proper recording
• Develop financial models to guide strategic decision-making on sales and marketing investments
• Utilise dashboards and KPIs to generate insights, assess root causes, and propose solutions
• Provide monthly variance analysis for bookings, revenue, and margins
• Act as Salesforce and Power BI administrator, managing access, training, and data integrity
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Partner with sales leaders to achieve regional goals and support business growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or related field
• More than 7 years of progressive finance or sales strategy experience
• More than 2 years of business partner experience with sales or commercial function is ideal
• Prior project leadership experience
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Skilled in Power BI and Salesforce
• Professional level Japanese and English
