会計・GAリーダー/マネージャー/ Accounting & GA Leader/Manager

A multinational apparel company is seeking an Accounting & General Affairs Leader/Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and general administration while managing a team and collaborating closely with the CFO and overseas subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounting & General Affairs team
• Oversee daily accounting and administrative operations, including banking, AR/AP, payroll, and HR
• Review and ensure accurate and timely cashflow forecasts and month-end closing
• Prepare and submit monthly management accounts, reports, and reconciliations to the Group CFO
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and assist in group consolidation and audit processes
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions and ensure compliance with governance reporting
• Lead annual budget planning, financial analysis, and quarterly forecasting
• Oversee NetSuite ERP implementation and ensure adherence to internal controls and SOPs
• Collaborate with the CFO to enhance accounting systems and internal control processes
• Manage HR and general affairs functions, including IT support
• Support translation for cross-lingual communication between Japanese and English/Chinese speakers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accountancy or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in accountancy, including managerial experience
• Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and ERP systems such as NetSuite
• Prior experience working with foreign companies is an advantage
• Proficient in JGAAP and IFRS standards
• Possess a valid 日本簿記 (Japanese Bookkeeping) Level 3+; ACCA or CPA qualifications a plus
• Bilingual level Japanese and English; business level Chinese
