プロジェクトファイナンス/ Project Finance

A global renewable energy company is seeking a Project Finance / M&A professional. The selected candidate will support project financing, financial modeling, and M&A execution for PV solar and BESS projects. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Support structuring and execution of project financing and M&A transactions for PV solar and BESS projects
• Build and manage complex financial models for forecasting, profitability analysis, and debt sizing
• Prepare investment documents and reports for internal decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure PPAs and evaluate project viability
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends in renewable energy
• Maintain and develop relationships with banks, institutional, and strategic investors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, engineering, maths, or other technical domain (MBA is ideal)
• More than 3 years of experience in project finance or financial advisory companies
• Experience in major international financial institutions or major international corporations (banks, trading company, form) is a plus
• Skilled in financial modelling through MS Excel (renewable energy projects is ideal)
• Possess valid CFA qualification is ideal
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in English and Japanese
