ファイナンス戦略アナリスト/ Finance Strategy Analyst

A renowned extended warranty services provider is looking for a Finance Strategy Analyst. The selected candidate will drive financial planning, analyse business performance, and support growth initiatives through strategic financial insights. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial forecasts and align goals with senior management and US finance team
• Evaluate business performance and recommend improvements to boost results
• Support business development by delivering commercially focused analysis
• Build and maintain financial models for Japan subsidiaries using Excel
• Extract, clean, and analyse data using SQL and Python for actionable insights
• Design dashboards, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as finance analyst or data analyst
• Background in creating financial forecasts in MS Excel
• Prior background preparing KPI reports and analysing business data
• Proven background with Japanese and international companies or clients
• Skilled in data analysis with Python, SQL, and Tableau is a plus
