ファンドアドミン/ Fund Admin

A multinational investment firm is seeking a Fund Admin professional. The selected candidate will oversee cash management, NAV oversight, and regulatory reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all fund administration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle fund accounting operations, including cash reconciliations, monitoring, and management
• Place orders and issue instructions to trust banks
• Perform portfolio reconciliations covering positions, pricing, and income
• Process complex transactions such as fund launches, transfers in kind, and mergers
• Prepare annual financial statements and support audit and regulatory reporting to authorities such as the BOJ
• Conduct NAV oversight, including pricing and performance validation and vendor supervision
• Monitor expenses, manage distributor onboarding, and handle investor invoicing
• Support proxy voting instructions and investor reporting
• Participate in projects and maintain a risk awareness mindset
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience in Fund Accounting / Operations
• Understanding of custodian environments is an advantage
• Knowledge of TSTAR is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Professional level Japanese; business level English preferred
