アシスタントファイナンスディレクター/ Assistant Director of Finance

A global hospitality company is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance. The selected candidate will assist the Director of Finance in overseeing accounting functions, managing financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to corporate and local standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies
• Lead and coach the finance team to promote growth, communication, and professional development
• Review monthly financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of tax returns and regulatory reports
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial records
• Monitor hotel expenses and profitability, maintaining strong internal controls and audit compliance
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and support strategic financial goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting position within hospitality
• Proven leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment
• Knowledge of Sun, iScala, and Opera preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
